There is a limit of two complimentary registrations per organization\/firm, although additional registrations may be considered on a case by case basis. Note AdvaMed Investor Members receive unlimited complimentary registrations.<\/p>\n<p>Investors who receive complimentary registrations must participate in the partnering system and schedule at least four meetings.<\/p>\n<p>Registration will open in May, to be notified, <a href=\"https:\/\/themedtechconference.com\/mailing-list\/\" data-feathr-click-track=\"true\" data-feathr-link-aids=\"5ab9072b8a82b87d4de8a694\">fill out this quick interest form<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Qualified Investors include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Investment staff from venture capital, private equity, family office, and angel groups that invest in life sciences, specifically medical devices, diagnostics and digital health.<\/li>\n<li>Investment staff at not-for-profit, venture philanthropy or patient groups that provide funding to startup medtech companies.<\/li>\n<li>Investment staff with a Fund (mutual fund or other non-bank institution) currently invested in life sciences, specifically medtech.<\/li>\n<li>Investment staff from a pension, endowment, foundation, or employee benefit plan currently invested in life sciences, specifically medtech.<\/li>\n<li>Research analyst from accredited institution (sell-side analysts, investment advisors or groups at banks).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Attendees who do NOT qualify for complimentary investor registration include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Service providers\/consultants to the medtech industry.<\/li>\n<li>Investment and merchant bankers.<\/li><li>Venture debt, private credit, and other lending organizations whose primary business is providing debt financing rather than making direct equity investments.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Corporate venture capital.<\/li>\n<li>Firms that provide services and\/or charge fees to companies in exchange for investor introductions.<\/li>\n<li>Members of economic development organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Product suppliers to the medtech industry including CROs and CMOs.<\/li>\n<li>Financial advisors or representatives from advisory service firms.<\/li>\n<li>Incubators and accelerators.<\/li>\n<li>State-owned entities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the purposes of registration for any AdvaMed event, conference or meeting, the classification of a registrant, to include Qualified Investor is subject to review by AdvaMed. &nbsp;In its sole discretion, AdvaMed reserves the right to make the determination of the proper classification of a registrant. &nbsp;Depending on this classification, an additional registration fee maybe required.
