What we did not fully anticipate was how much momentum the experience would create after the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As an early-stage company developing BoneTape, a new approach to fracture fixation, our team is focused on solving a longstanding challenge in surgical repair: how to move beyond traditional, invasive plates and screws toward a solution designed to simplify procedures and support better outcomes for patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pitch &amp; Pour gave us a focused platform to share that work with investors, strategics, military health leaders, and medtech decision-makers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:13px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>More Than a Pitch<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Winning the competition was an exciting milestone, but the value extended beyond the stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The pitch format pushed us to sharpen our message, clearly communicate the unmet need, and explain why our technology matters. Just as importantly, it opened the door to meaningful conversations throughout The MedTech Conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Onsite, we connected with investors, experienced operators who were generous in opening their own networks, and clinicians who were excited about our solution and the problem we are solving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For a start-up, those moments matter. The right conversation can validate a direction, challenge an assumption, or create a relationship that continues long after the conference ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Building Momentum After the Win<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Winning Pitch &amp; Pour gave Cohesys real momentum at a key moment for the company.
