Exhibitors and sponsors can register using their complimentary allotments through the exhibitor registration portal located here

Once your registration is complete, you can select your conference hotel. If you choose not to add on housing when you register, you can always go back and add it at a later date as long as space is available.  If you would like to reserve a block of 6 or more rooms for your team, fill out the group block form here and send to Isabelle Karabayinga, at ikarabayinga@showcare.com.  

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
 Upload your 50-word company description in the Self-Service Portal and it will automatically appear when attendees view your booth. To login securely use the link that was provided to you in your booth or sponsor confirmation email.

  • NEW for 2019, company descriptions will be included in our onsite printed guide along with contact information. To take advantage, please submit your description no later July 22nd.
