Join other executive leaders and forward-thinkers in medtech for AdvaMed’s Summit on Inclusion & Diversity, a one-day event co-located with The MedTech Conference. The inaugural summit will bring decision makers from medtech companies together to make much needed, industry-wide progress on inclusion and diversity initiatives.

 

Summit participants will:

  • Establish a common understanding of the challenges contributing to lagging diversity and develop a road map for change with support from a committee of industry experts.
  • Hear the perspectives of a CEO panel on how progress made at their organizations has benefited their employees, patients and profit margins.
  • Explore opportunities to foster inclusion and diversity within their own organizations.
  • Develop a personal plan for implementing the programs and strategies discussed during the summit.
