What is the timeframe for the pre-sale offer & when do I register?
The pre-sale registration offer runs December 3–23, 2025. You must purchase your 2026 registration during this window to secure the special rate. Unique codes will be delivered when registration officially opens in May 2026.
Are codes refundable or transferable?
Codes are non-refundable for any reason, but fully transferable to another attendee. Attendee must register with the code by October 17, 2026.
Do I need to register once I receive my code in May?
Your pre-sale purchase gives you a unique code, which must be redeemed through the standard registration system in 2026 to complete your registration.
How and when will I receive my code?
Your unique code will be emailed on the 2026 registration launch date in May and redeemed through the standard registration system.
What type of access does the pre-sale registration include?
The pre-sale offer applies exclusively to All-Access Passes for The MedTech Conference 2026. This pass provides full access to conference programming, keynotes, Medtech Campus (exhibit hall), and networking events included in a standard all-access registration.
Does purchasing a pre-sale pass guarantee housing?
Housing opens when general registration launches in 2026 and is first-come, first-served.
