In the enormous US market, distribution partnerships fail more often than they succeed, and the signs are difficult to catch.  Successful partnerships start with an understanding of distribution models, followed by choosing the right partner. But partnerships still fail, and worse, fail slowly unless the relationship is collaborative and goal oriented. Our panel of expert US distributors will share best practices and insights for building successful partnerships in the US market. Additional topics will include partner selection, key contract terms, goal setting and KPIs, exclusivity and communication strategies. This panel session will be an invaluable resource for all medical device manufacturers seeking to expand their reach in the US through distributors.
