Who is eligible for the Student & Early Career All-Access Pass?
- Current Students – Participants are currently enrolled in an Undergraduate, Postgraduate, doctorate program.
- Recent Graduate – Participants have graduated in the past 1 – 3 years (2023 – 2025).
- Early Medtech Career Professionals – Participants must be a professional with less than 5 years of experience in medtech, health care, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
Note: This category is intended for early-career professionals and excludes individuals holding senior leadership or executive roles; applicants who hold executive or senior leadership positions are encouraged to apply through other relevant conference categories. - Veterans – Participants have served in the military and are interested in pursuing a career in medtech.

This event is intended for 21+ participants only.

No, this is not a Career Fair so we suggest bringing a physical or virtual business card that allows access to your LinkedIn Profile, portfolio, etc.
Is there a hotel block reserved for Next GEN Participants?
There are discounted MedTech Conference room blocks available through registration, but no specific section is designated for Gen Next participants. You may book your hotel once you complete your registration. Visit our housing page for more information.
Are there scholarships available for travel costs?
Unless you are receiving funding as part of a Industry Partner or Cohort, AdvaMed does not assist in travel or housing costs.
