The 2025 Call for Sessions for The MedTech Conference is officially closed, and we are incredibly grateful for the innovative and thought-provoking proposals we received. Your submissions reflect the depth of expertise, innovation, and collaboration that drive this industry forward, and we’re excited to shape a program that will spark meaningful discussions when we gather in San Diego from October 5-8, 2025.
Now, the hard work begins! Our Program Committee, comprised of industry leaders, experts, and innovators, is carefully reviewing each submission to curate a world-class agenda. We are committed to selecting sessions that bring fresh perspectives and address pressing industry challenges across topics such as:

What’s Next?
Our committee will be deliberating over the coming months, and all submitters will be notified of their session status by Friday, May 16. Whether or not your session is selected, there are many ways to stand out at the conference, including company presentations, exhibiting in the Medtech Campus, and becoming a sponsor.
