If you’re an early-stage or small medtech company, The MedTech Conference—hosted by AdvaMed—is your platform to gain visibility, meet investors, and accelerate growth.

This year’s opportunities go beyond the stage or expo floor: selected companies will also be included on the official company list and featured in marketing  for two months leading up to the event.

1. Company Presentations – Take the Stage

Deliver a 9-minute presentation to a global audience of medtech investors, strategics, and decision-makers. A prime opportunity for companies looking to highlight their innovations.

Who’s eligible: Start-up to commercial-stage companies in medical devices, diagnostics, digital health, or imaging. Priority given to AdvaMed Accel members.

Fee: $1,000

2. Innovation Pavilion – Turnkey Kiosk in the Expo Hall

Exhibit your cutting-edge technology in a high-visibility pavilion designed for early-stage innovators. Meet potential partners, investors, and customers throughout the conference.

Who’s eligible: Early-stage companies in device, diagnostic, imaging, or digital health.

Fee: $3,000

3. NEW Pitch & Pour: Start-Up Competition – Your Chance to Win Big

15 selected start-ups will pitch live in front of investors, strategics, and other key decision-makers during a dynamic happy hour experience. Each company will have 8 minutes total (5-minute pitch, 3-minute Q&A) to make their case.

Winner receives a $10,000 cash prize*, courtesy of Medical Technology Enterprise Consortium (MTEC).

Who’s eligible: Start-ups with <$10M raised and a military health application in medtech, diagnostics, digital health, or imaging. Must be available to pitch in person on Sunday, October 5 in San Diego.

4. Register to Attend – Connect All Week Long
