AdvaMed is launching the Chief Medical Officer Policy Forum — a new, invitation-level advisory group bringing together CMOs, Chief Science Officers, and equivalent senior medical leaders from member companies. This is a unique opportunity to contribute your clinical expertise directly to the advocacy priorities that matter most to our industry and the patients it serves.
The medtech industry’s most complex policy challenges require more than legal and regulatory expertise — they require the clinical voice. The CMO Policy Forum was created to bring that voice to the table, ensuring AdvaMed’s advocacy is grounded in real-world science, evidence, and patient care.
What to expect
Meet twice annually in person, including at #MTC26 in Boston, October 18–21
Engage directly with policymakers — including Members of Congress, FDA, CMS, and HHS officials
Collaborate with peer medical leaders across the medtech industry
Contribute clinical perspectives to fly-ins, briefings, hearings, and media opportunities
Receive support from AdvaMed staff, including media training and testimony preparation
Who Should Apply
We’re seeking the most senior medical or scientific leader from your organization — Chief Medical Officers, Chief Science Officers, or equivalent. Participants should be prepared to actively contribute their expertise to AdvaMed’s advocacy mission.
