Next Gen HQ is a dedicated, interactive space located on the exhibit floor within the Medtech Campus, intentionally designed as an educational and exposure‑focused experience—not a career fair—to introduce or expand and engage the next generation of medtech professionals with the industry.
Learn, ask questions, and engage with the industry at your own pace while building confidence and familiarity with how the medtech ecosystem works by:
- Demystifying the medtech industry and its career pathways

Who is Next Gen HQ Designed For?
The Next Gen HQ is designed for individuals who are early in their professional medtech journey, including:
- Current students enrolled in undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral programs
- Recent graduates (within the last three years)
- Early‑career professionals with less than five years of experience in medtech, healthcare, biomedical engineering, or related fields
- Veterans interested in exploring careers in medtech
All participants are verified to ensure relevance and alignment with the program’s educational intent. Senior‑level executives, consultants, and investors are excluded from this program.
