Register before August 13 for the lowest rates to attend The MedTech Conference. Should you choose to register onsite October 15-17, rates increase $150 from the regular rate.

Although the all-access pass offers the optimal event experience, we recognize that some attendees may prefer access solely to the exhibit hall. Exhibit hall only passes are $795 until October 14th. Onsite registration from October 15th to 17th will increase to $975.

Registration Policies

Attendance Policy
Attendance is for members of AdvaMed’s industry ONLY. Individuals not in the trade should not attend. AdvaMed reserves the right to accept or reject registrations and to cancel any previously accepted reservation, at any time, at its sole discretion, without liability to the registrant or any other party. This policy was instituted to maintain the professional environment of the AdvaMed conferences, while protecting the interests of our attendees and exhibitors.

Loud, abusive, or defamatory language, harassment, unprofessional or inappropriate behavior is not permitted at any time. If such conduct is engaged in by a registrant, please be advised that AdvaMed may cancel any previously accepted registration, at any time, at its sole discretion, without liability to the registrant or any other party, and the registrant agrees to exit the premises immediately.

AdvaMed event badges cannot be reproduced and once a badge has been picked up, it cannot be resold or transferred to another individual. The AdvaMed event badge constitutes a limited revocable license to attend the current AdvaMed event. AdvaMed event badges are the property of AdvaMed and may be revoked at any time for any reason. AdvaMed badges must be worn at all times while at the event.

AdvaMed has sole discretion over admission at all times and shall strictly enforce all event rules. Attendees agree to abide by AdvaMed’s attendance rules, which may be updated at any time. Violators risk immediate confiscation of their event badge without refund and removal from the premises. Violators will not be allowed re-entry.

AdvaMed, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to decline the registration of any applicant that may violate safety, trade or export compliance laws, including U.S. economic sanctions. Applicants must provide full, truthful information when registering, in accordance with registration terms and conditions.

Minors in the Hall
No one under the age of 18 will be allowed in the exhibit hall during open hours. Badges are required for admittance.

Force Majeure
In case the premises for the show is destroyed by Acts of God, fire, the elements or by any cause, or in case of government intervention or regulation, military activity, terrorism, civil disturbance, strikes, labor disputes, or any other circumstances make it impossible or inadvisable to hold the event at the time and place provided, the attendee waives any claim for damages or compensation, except the pro rata return of the amount paid for admission, after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the exhibition and there shall be no further liability on the part of either party. In no event shall AdvaMed, its officers, directors, trustees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the failure to hold the event.

Cancellation Policy

  • 25% cancellation fee will be assessed on cancellations received by 90 days from start date
  • 50% cancellation fee will be assessed on cancellations received 30 days from start date
  • 100% cancellation fee will be assessed on ALL CANCELLATIONS received after 30 days from start date
  • Refunds will NOT be given for no shows

Cancellations requests must be made in writing and sent to [email protected]. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone or onsite. Cancellations will be acknowledged by email. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within two weeks, please contact [email protected].

Substitution Policy

Should you be unable to attend this event after purchasing your pass, you may send another member of your organization in your place.

Substitutions must be made prior to badge pickup before the original registrant has attended any portion of the conference.

The original registrant may make a substitution by emailing [email protected] by at least 7 days before the event. All substitutions after this must be made onsite and will require hard copy, written permission from the original registrant granting the substitution.

Badges are nontransferable once printed; swapping or sharing is strictly prohibited.

Qualified investors will receive a complimentary registration to The MedTech Conference. There is a limit of two complimentary registrations per organization/firm, although additional registrations may be considered on a case by case basis. Note AdvaMed investor members receive unlimited complimentary registrations.
Investors who receive complimentary registrations are expected to participate in the partnering system and schedule at least four meetings.

To request a complimentary pass, visit our attendee registration portal and select the investor category. The AdvaMed Events team will be in touch regarding the status of your registration.

Qualified Investors include:

  • Investment staff from venture capital, private equity, family office, and angel groups that invest in life sciences, specifically medical devices, diagnostics and digital health.
  • Investment staff at not-for-profit, venture philanthropy or patient groups that provide funding to startup medtech companies.
  • Investment staff with a Fund (mutual fund or other non-bank institution) currently invested in life sciences, specifically medtech.
  • Investment staff from a pension, endowment, foundation, or employee benefit plan currently invested in life sciences, specifically medtech.
  • Research analyst from accredited institution (sell-side analysts, investment advisors or groups at banks).

Attendees who do NOT qualify for complimentary investor registration include:

  • Service providers/consultants to the medtech industry.
  • Investment and merchant bankers.
  • Corporate Venture Capital.
  • Firms that provide services and/or charge fees to companies in exchange for investor introductions.
  • Members of economic development organizations.
  • Product suppliers to the medtech industry including CROs and CMOs.
  • Financial advisors or representatives from advisory service firms.
  • Incubators and accelerators.

The MedTech Conference is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for all participants. We aim to ensure full access to event activities by being mindful of participants’ needs and conducting appropriate planning. Accessibility accommodations related to mobility, hearing, vision, or other areas will be provided upon request.

We kindly ask that requests for reasonable accommodations be communicated at least two weeks in advance of the event via the registration process. While onsite requests will be accommodated to the best of our ability, please note that available resources may be limited.

  • Hearing: The MedTech Conference endeavors to ensure our platforms and providers are accessible. Closed captioning will be provided for all recorded content post-event.
  • Lactation Room: There will be a designated lactation room available onsite at The MedTech Conference. The location will be clearly marked on the onsite maps provided at the event.
  • Mobility: Accommodations include fully accessible restrooms, ample walkways and ramps, passenger elevators on each level, and wheelchair availability upon request.
