Each year, The MedTech Conference, hosted by AdvaMed, brings the global medtech community to a region known for shaping the future of health care innovation. In 2026, we’re proud to welcome the industry to Boston, Massachusetts, October 18–21.

As President of MassMEDIC — the largest medtech-only state-based trade association — I see every day how powerful the medtech ecosystem truly is in Massachusetts. Our region is home to one of the most dynamic clusters of medical technology companies in the world, from pioneering start-ups to global leaders, supported by world-class hospitals, research institutions, investors, and entrepreneurs working together to move innovation forward. And it’s not just about innovation and research, we make these products here, employing tens of thousands of manufacturing workers across this region. Medtech is what we do in Massachusetts, where nearly one out of every four products we export is a piece of medical equipment.

That spirit of collaboration is exactly what makes Boston the ideal setting for The MedTech Conference.

For four days, thousands of medtech leaders will come together to exchange ideas, explore partnerships, and engage with the innovations shaping the future of patient care.

Across #MedTechCon, companies will showcase new technologies, deliver Company Presentations, and connect with investors, strategic partners, and the service providers that help bring innovation to market. The Innovation Pavilion in the Medtech Campus highlights emerging solutions while creating space for the conversations and partnerships that move medtech forward, including the Sunday Start-up Pitch Competition designed to spotlight promising innovators.
